Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pastry or culinary management
- Proven track record in high volume culinary settings
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to industry changes
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Minimum 5 years experience in high volume, multi-unit culinary management
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and health department regulations
- Experience in menu development and recipe creation

Job Duties
- Craft desserts, baked goods, and pastries for multiple restaurant concepts and events
- Develop menus, recipes, and food quality standards
- Oversee daily food service operations including kitchen standards, timing, and quality control
- Hire, train, and lead the pastry kitchen team
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Banquets departments to deliver high culinary standards
- Regularly communicate with culinary partners and consultants for operational and menu improvements
- Stay updated on current trends and styles in pastry and baking
