Job Duties
- craft delicious desserts, baked goods and pastries for multiple dining venues
- lead and operate the pastry section of the kitchen
- assist in developing menus, recipes, and product control measures
- ensure compliance with kitchen standards, timing, and food quality
- hire and train food service team members
- collaborate with Food & Beverage and Banquets directors to deliver exceptional culinary standards
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of pastry trends and styles
