Job Duties

  • craft delicious desserts, baked goods and pastries for multiple dining venues
  • lead and operate the pastry section of the kitchen
  • assist in developing menus, recipes, and product control measures
  • ensure compliance with kitchen standards, timing, and food quality
  • hire and train food service team members
  • collaborate with Food & Beverage and Banquets directors to deliver exceptional culinary standards
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of pastry trends and styles
