Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant culinary leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen operations independently and effectively
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Capacity to work long periods standing and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of local and federal food safety regulations
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a pastry chef, executive chef, kitchen manager, chef de cuisine, or sous chef
  • Previous kitchen management experience leading teams of 7 or more
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Proficient in using technology platforms for operations and communication
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership ability with a positive coaching approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and supervise the workforce
  • Order raw goods and manage supplier relationships
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  • Monitor product quality and consistency
  • Manage prep, dough, and donut decoration processes
  • Schedule and approve hours for BOH staff
  • Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
