Job Duties
- Hire, train, manage and coach the pastry and baking team
- Provide quality pastry products that are timely, fresh and meet banquet and restaurant quantity needs
- Work directly with the Executive Chef to maintain and improve culinary operations
- Serve as a liaison with all hotel departments to ensure coordination
- Oversee cost control related to pastry operations
- Facilitate staff training and development
- Maintain organizational and computer skills for efficient operation management
