Job Duties

  • Hire, train, manage and coach the pastry and baking team
  • Provide quality pastry and bakery products that are timely, fresh and meet banquet and restaurant needs
  • Work directly with the Executive Chef to maintain and improve culinary operations
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all hotel departments
  • Control costs related to pastry and baking operations
  • Ensure all pastry and baking tasks are performed according to standards
  • Oversee guest interaction related to pastry and bakery services
