Job Duties
- Manage all program requirements and client requests independently with professionalism and attention to detail
- Coordinate key event functions including transportation, guest rooms, meetings, pre-planning, amenities, site inspections, credit, and event documentation by partnering with clients and internal departments
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and all property departments during pre-planning and on-site execution
- Build strong relationships with support departments to ensure seamless communication and successful event delivery
- Oversee the execution and overall success of multiple conventions simultaneously
