Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel or convention services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented and professional
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in event planning and client relationship management

Job Duties

  • Manage all program requirements and client requests independently with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Coordinate key event functions including transportation, guest rooms, meetings, pre-planning, amenities, site inspections, credit, and event documentation by partnering with clients and internal departments
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and all property departments during pre-planning and on-site execution
  • Build strong relationships with support departments to ensure seamless communication and successful event delivery
  • Oversee the execution and overall success of multiple conventions simultaneously
