  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Professional appearance and confidence
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with major hospitality sales CRM system preferred

  • Negotiate contracts and interpret terms to meet client and hotel needs
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to understand and fulfill their event requirements
  • Utilize hospitality sales CRM systems for client and event management
  • Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently under pressure
  • Create detailed event timelines and budgets
