  • Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or hospitality industry
  • strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • professional appearance and confidence
  • strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM system preferred
