- Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or hospitality industry
- strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- knowledge of sales and marketing principles

- strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM system preferred
