Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • build relationships with meeting planners and corporate clients
  • prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage meeting details
  • collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution
  • track performance metrics and support sales and marketing initiatives
  • manage small to mid-size meeting logistics
  • serve as the primary client contact
  • perform other duties as assigned
