Job Duties
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing
- maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
- stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- wash dishes and serving utensils
- complete opening and closing duties
- requisition supplies and transport from storeroom to bar set-up area
- secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- document information in department logbook
- forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to kitchen
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- prepare and review documents accurately
- answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- develop positive working relationships
- support team goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
