Job Requirements

  • Completion of a successful background check as related to the responsibilities of the role
  • Minimum age of 16 years for most positions some roles may require 18 based on local state and federal laws

  • Proven leadership experience in food and beverage operations
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring consistency quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with ownership and management on menu development seasonal specials and execution
  • Lead train and schedule a small but dedicated kitchen team
  • Uphold and enforce health safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage ordering inventory and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Maintain high standards of presentation taste and service
  • Foster open communication and teamwork within both the kitchen and front-of-house teams
