Job Requirements
- Completion of a successful background check as related to the responsibilities of the role
- Minimum age of 16 years for most positions some roles may require 18 based on local state and federal laws
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Proven leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage leadership experience preferably in a culinary or heart-of-house leadership role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations menu planning and cost controls
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop a team
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as business demands
- A passion for hospitality creativity and delivering high-quality guest experiences
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring consistency quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with ownership and management on menu development seasonal specials and execution
- Lead train and schedule a small but dedicated kitchen team
- Uphold and enforce health safety and sanitation standards
- Manage ordering inventory and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
- Maintain high standards of presentation taste and service
- Foster open communication and teamwork within both the kitchen and front-of-house teams
