Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 some roles require 18 complying with local state and federal laws
  • Successful completion of a background check

  • Experience in food and beverage leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and menu planning

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring consistency quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with ownership and management on menu development seasonal specials and execution
  • Lead train and schedule a small but dedicated kitchen team
  • Uphold and enforce health safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage ordering inventory and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Maintain high standards of presentation taste and service
  • Foster open communication and teamwork within both the kitchen and front-of-house teams
