Job Requirements

  • One year of full-service restaurant manager experience or 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory role in a restaurant
  • Internal candidates must be in good standing without performance issues within 1 year
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Responsible Alcohol Service certification required

Job Duties

  • Ensure excellence in food quality, portioning, speed, and waste control
  • Lead daily Taste Plate coaching and follow-up
  • Oversee catering and off-premise food execution
  • Maintain kitchen and walk-in organization
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Coach on ordering, pars, prep guides, and product management
  • Manage culinary smallwares and equipment inventory
  • Own BOH inventory accuracy, food COGs, AvT, and culinary cost analysis
  • Enter, audit, and manage invoices and credits
  • Partner with GM on P&L review and financial coaching
  • Manage vendor relationships and ordering
  • Lead culinary team scheduling, hiring, and development
  • Select and coach Culinary Trainers
  • Report on AOR performance in weekly meetings
