Job Requirements
- One year of full-service restaurant manager experience or 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory role in a restaurant
- Internal candidates must be in good standing without performance issues within 1 year
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred
- ServSafe certification required
- Responsible Alcohol Service certification required

Job Duties
- Ensure excellence in food quality, portioning, speed, and waste control
- Lead daily Taste Plate coaching and follow-up
- Oversee catering and off-premise food execution
- Maintain kitchen and walk-in organization
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Coach on ordering, pars, prep guides, and product management
- Manage culinary smallwares and equipment inventory
- Own BOH inventory accuracy, food COGs, AvT, and culinary cost analysis
- Enter, audit, and manage invoices and credits
- Partner with GM on P&L review and financial coaching
- Manage vendor relationships and ordering
- Lead culinary team scheduling, hiring, and development
- Select and coach Culinary Trainers
- Report on AOR performance in weekly meetings
