Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a kitchen manager preferably in fast-paced health-conscious or wellness-focused kitchen environment
  • Deep knowledge of clean eating principles dietary restrictions and allergen-friendly cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in dynamic environment
  • Commitment to sustainability ingredient integrity and high standards of kitchen cleanliness
  • ServSafe certification or other relevant food safety certification

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations ensuring food preparation and presentation meet health-conscious and allergen-friendly standards
  • Oversee consistent execution of menu items including recipe adherence portion control and ingredient quality
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff ensuring positive and efficient working environment high performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh seasonal and sustainable ingredients and manage inventory to minimize waste maximize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety protocols kitchen hygiene standards health regulations allergen management and HACCP guidelines
  • Monitor food and labor costs to ensure budget compliance while maintaining quality
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation taste and presentation for consistency
