- Minimum of 2 years full service, high volume, casual dining restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Perform open/mid-day/closing duties
- conduct daily briefings on important team matters
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee Restaurant Risk Review audit compliance
- manage local marketing, sales building, and community involvement
- update daily communication boards with key announcements
- facilitate and participate in continued education and training programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment to manage hospitality, guest relations, and quality fast zones
- conduct cleaning and sanitation drills
- ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and ethical guidelines
- ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- monitor food and beverage quality and execution
- conduct RAFTT evaluations twice daily
- perform quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders adjusting for business demands
- conduct weekly inventory assessments
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- monitor and facilitate team member recognition
- make recommendations for team member development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- make hiring and termination decisions or recommend to the General Manager
- cooperate in investigating inquiries related to team member relations
- train, coach, and develop team members to deliver gold standard service
- manage guest relations and recovery
