Job Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to enforce cleanliness standards for all rooms/suites
- Ability to physically move large objects such as carts, large bags of linen, and mattresses
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience
- 2+ years prior housekeeping management experience
- Proficient in Windows operating systems

Job Duties
- Manage daily housekeeping operations including maintaining cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely manner
- Schedule staff according to standards and forecasted occupancies
- Conduct monthly linen inventory with an understanding of usage
- Create and document deep cleaning schedules for all rooms, carpets, and public spaces
- Maintain open communication between associates and management and monitor associate relations
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward
- Oversee and conduct room inspections
- Recruit, interview, and train team members
