Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment needed for housekeeping operations
  • Oversee the inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance issues in guest rooms or public areas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management
