Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years cleaning experience at an executive or similar level
- Demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping procedures and event support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and manage supplies and temporary help
- Experience with care of antiques, art, and specialty textiles
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years experience in executive-level housekeeping
- Knowledge of efficient cleaning procedures and special event housekeeping support
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage supplies, equipment, and temporary staff
- Experience with maintaining fine antiques and specialty textiles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow protocol
Job Duties
- Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the University President’s House
- Provide expert care for fine finishes, antiques, art, silver, crystal, and specialty textiles
- Support setup, cleaning, and organization for official functions and special events
- Manage housekeeping operations, including planning and supply management
- Ensure confidentiality, discretion, security, and adherence to protocol
- Communicate effectively with staff and event coordinators
- Coordinate and supervise temporary housekeeping help as needed
