Job Duties

  • Orchestrating daily housekeeping schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborating with the Executive Housekeeping Assistant to support team members
  • Supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards
  • Conducting quality checks and resolving guest housekeeping concerns promptly
  • Managing inventory and ordering housekeeping supplies
  • Training and mentoring housekeeping staff for performance excellence
  • Maintaining a seamless departmental workflow to enhance guest satisfaction
