Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years previous housekeeping supervisor experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Willingness to work on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS safety regulations
- Experience with inventory management and scheduling
- Ability to resolve guest concerns effectively

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to ensure performance meets brand and hotel standards
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness, appearance and safety
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services and resolve guests' complaints and concerns
- Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures
- Prepare schedules based upon occupancy and assign duties or notify vendors of staffing needs
- Take inventory and submit orders to ensure timely supply purchasing
- Prepare required paperwork for departmental functions
- Communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and satisfaction
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for department operation
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits following MSDS and OSHA standards
- Participate in safety committees
- Perform other duties as requested by management
