Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high performance standards

- Willingness to assist across various housekeeping tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Work experience as a room attendant or maid preferred
- Experience with hotel cleaning standards and products preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to train and coach staff effectively
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Knowledge of inventory and supply management
Job Duties
- Assign housekeeping boards in morning
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and brand standards adherence
- Hire new employees for Back of House except maintenance team unless directed by GM
- Train employees on hotel cleaning, laundry standards, and BOH procedures
- Keep hotel stocked with supplies and maintain inventory lists
- Ensure employees wear uniforms with nametags daily
- Maintain labor standards set by GM
- Address guest concerns and meet or exceed Medallia/Brand QA expectations
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Remove and restock used towels
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Replenish bath care products such as soap and shampoo
- Restock beverages and supplies
- Clean public areas including corridors and common spaces
- Report technical and maintenance issues promptly
- Address guest queries regarding additional services
- Help guests retrieve lost items and turn them in to management
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and restocked by shift end
- Follow hotel security guidelines
- Obtain supervisor or manager permission before clocking out
