Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high-school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum one year of executive hospitality experience preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • bilingual communication skills preferred
  • computer knowledge or experience preferred
  • previous hospitality industry experience preferred
  • previous experience as an executive housekeeper preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare monthly forecasts with other departments
  • plan work schedules and room assignments
  • participate in recruiting and selection process
  • evaluate performance of team members
  • conduct guest satisfaction inspections
  • manage cleaning supply orders and inventory
  • track lost and found goods
  • process guest complaints
  • conduct team meetings
  • reinforce safety and cleanliness standards
  • assist with emergency and security procedures
  • monitor preventive maintenance
  • perform tasks to exceed guest satisfaction
