Job Qualifications
- high-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum one year of executive hospitality experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- bilingual communication skills preferred
- computer knowledge or experience preferred
- previous hospitality industry experience preferred
- previous experience as an executive housekeeper preferred
Job Duties
- prepare monthly forecasts with other departments
- plan work schedules and room assignments
- participate in recruiting and selection process
- evaluate performance of team members
- conduct guest satisfaction inspections
- manage cleaning supply orders and inventory
- track lost and found goods
- process guest complaints
- conduct team meetings
- reinforce safety and cleanliness standards
- assist with emergency and security procedures
- monitor preventive maintenance
- perform tasks to exceed guest satisfaction
