Job Duties

  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet daily business demands, managing productivity and efficiency in line with labor models
  • Actively recruit and hire for all housekeeping positions
  • Oversee departmental staffing, training, and budgeting for effective planning and organization
  • Approach interactions with guests, employees, and team members in a professional and personalized manner
  • Maintain ongoing communication with hotel department heads and the front desk regarding guest requests and the overall condition of rooms and public areas
  • Facilitate effective communication within housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure consistency and clarity of objectives
  • Uphold a professional image, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a focus on safe, efficient hotel operations
