Job Description
Our client is a private luxury homeowner seeking to hire an exceptional Executive Housekeeper for a full-time role. This position is based primarily in a newly occupied high-rise residence in Las Vegas, Nevada, with additional responsibilities that include periodic travel to a secondary vacation home located in Orange County, California. The establishments are high-end private residences that demand the highest standards of upkeep and hospitality, functioning much like boutique five-star hotels but with the utmost discretion suitable for highly private individuals.

Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting/carrying typical housekeeping and inventory items
- ability to safely use step stools/ladders as needed
- ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks and handle fine garments and specialty fabrics
- NDA and background check required
- discretion and professionalism at all times
- ability to work within defined service windows
- flexibility for weekend work and occasional travel
- strong judgment and proactive problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an UHNW private residence or luxury hospitality environment
- executive housekeeper or head housekeeper experience strongly preferred
- expert knowledge of high-end housekeeping standards, fabric care, garment care, and organization systems
- comfortable with building systems, checklists, and documentation
- proficiency with Asana and Slack
- ability to travel to Orange County
- excellent references required
Job Duties
- Maintain a consistent hotel-ready standard with a calm, minimal visual environment
- daily bedroom resets and bed making
- bathroom care and presentation including cleaning toilets, refreshing toilet paper and towels
- kitchen reset and light cleaning including surface tidying
- trash removal throughout the residence
- surface care and detail work to ensure flawless home presentation
- execute efficiently within defined service windows
