Job Duties

  • Oversee the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams
  • collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance Departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • take full ownership of cleanliness and property upkeep
  • set an example by demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism
  • train, coach, mentor, and hold team accountable
  • support team development through onboarding, training, and performance management
  • maintain composure and drive productivity during busy times
