Job Requirements

  • Completed high school diploma
  • Minimum of one year experience in event management or coordination
  • Experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred
  • Experience with content creation or marketing collaboration preferred
  • Positive attitude

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate logistics for events including travel, lodging, meeting locations, catering, offsite activities, transportation, guest arrival assistance, speaker coordination, scheduling tours, and managing customer gifts
  • Meet and greet company employees, customers, and partners during events
  • Anticipate and fulfill customer needs during on-site meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for planning larger customer events such as summits and huddles
  • Respond to user and attendee inquiries regarding events
  • Provide hands-on customer service during assigned Summit and Huddle duties including travel desk, catering orders, breakout sessions, bus logistics, or luggage storage
  • Maintain Master Tracking Report covering expenses, attendees, presenters, and support ROI reviews for smaller meetings
  • Cover Executive Briefing Center receptionist duties as required
  • Be available on call on Sundays for Monday events
  • Maintain business professional attire at all times
