- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail operations
- Successful completion of initial and periodic training
- Ability to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

- Proven track record in leading innovation, efficiency, and optimization initiatives
- Experience supporting executive leadership or working as part of an executive team
- Successful completion of initial and periodic training
- Ability to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- Lead development and maintenance of operational standards and processes
- Establish and lead the Audit team to assess store-level execution
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to identify innovation opportunities and improve efficiency
- Implement process improvements and deploy technology to enhance store operations
- Perform value-added analysis for workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity improvements
- Integrate and coordinate concept and operations innovation initiatives at the Support Center
- Lead and develop a team of managers and professionals to achieve growth goals
- Conduct cross-functional team leadership for concept innovation plans related to new builds, remodels, and rollouts
