Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
  • Minimum ten years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven multi-outlet management experience
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must maintain valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Commitment to serving enrolled Seneca Nation members for leadership development

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or food service management or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications desirable
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • At least 3 years in a department manager role
  • Proven experience managing multi-outlet property operations
  • Solid financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • Experience with menu development, costing, and operational analysis
  • Strong people leadership skills with ability to recruit and develop staff
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and health and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Proficiency in business software and property management systems
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Execute food and beverage strategy at the property level
  • Lead daily operations of all food and beverage outlets ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Supervise and provide leadership to F&B management staff
  • Implement guest service standards and measure progress
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure consistency in menu offerings and presentation
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
  • Support new outlet openings, renovations, and capital projects
  • Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate F&B staff
  • Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and staffing levels
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of managers and supervisors
  • Stay current on industry trends and menu development
  • Act as liaison with other departments to ensure communication and alignment
  • Represent Food & Beverage department at property and community meetings
