Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality administration, business management or equivalent blend of experience and degree
- Ten or more years of food and beverage leadership experience in a large, fast-paced resort and casino
- Strong technical knowledge of food and beverage management systems including InfoGenesis, Kronos, Stratton Warren, and Workday
- Experience leading large teams in bargaining and non-bargaining environments
- Strong leadership qualities with sound judgment and superior decision-making skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to perform in a fast-paced, busy, and stressful environment while maintaining physical stamina and effective communication with guests, management, and team members under deadlines
- Proven track record in driving guest excellence through team engagement and leadership development
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality administration, business management or a related field
- Ten or more years of leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably in large resort and casino environments
- Strong technical proficiency with food and beverage management systems such as InfoGenesis, Kronos, Stratton Warren, and Workday
- Skilled in data analytics systems relevant to the industry
- Proven experience managing large teams in both bargaining and non-bargaining environments
- Exceptional leadership qualities with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated history of driving guest excellence through team engagement and leadership development
Job Duties
- Lead a collaborative and service-center team by developing and nurturing a department focused on engagement and teamwork
- Promote and maintain an environment of service excellence through developing guidelines and service expectations for guest interactions
- Hire, train, and motivate team members across front of house, beverage, stewarding, back of house culinary, and F&B support departments
- Provide formal and informal feedback to team members to foster growth and excellence
- Resolve guest issues promptly to enhance loyalty and sentiment
- Collaborate with supervisory and managerial staff to promote skill development and a team-oriented philosophy
- Monitor and manage staffing levels and scheduling to ensure operational efficiency and service quality
- Implement strategies to meet long-term business goals and budgetary targets
- Monitor safety and sanitation standards across all F&B areas
- Develop and prepare monthly and annual reports analyzing financial metrics, guest feedback, and team engagement
- Work closely with revenue management to identify growth and market positioning strategies
- Manage menu engineering and cost tracking based on market and F&B trends
- Oversee new concept openings and ensure adherence to budget guidelines
- Build and maintain positive relationships with F&B partners and leased outlets
- Collaborate with marketing on leveraging sponsorships and event support
