Job Requirements
- Minimum six to seven years of experience in casino marketing strategy, activations, and entertainment
- Minimum four years of progressive leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Solution-driven
- Analytical thinker
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and casino operational software
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to qualify for required licenses and permits
- Able to work under time constraints and deadlines
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds and perform physical duties including push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and balance
- Work performed indoors in climate-controlled environment
- Exposure to noise, dust, and smoke

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant casino and operational software
- Proficient in using customer databases and gaming operations software
- Experience leading large teams
- Prior casino management experience preferred.
Job Duties
- Lead ideation, strategy, and execution of property programming including seasonal activations, casino events, promotions, and entertainment experiences
- Negotiate partner agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and execute a targeted casino promotions and activations calendar with tailored marketing campaigns
- Oversee third-party activation partnerships including negotiation, management, and performance oversight
- Identify, secure, and negotiate event opportunities in partnership with Sales and stakeholders
- Oversee booking strategy for showroom dates and collaborate on show negotiations
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing and CRM on marketing and advertising needs
- Partner with leaders across verticals to align offerings with financial and KPI targets
- Plan operational goals, budgets, and customer engagement strategies with executive management
- Own annual budget including forecasting, expense management, and monthly P&L reviews
- Exemplify strong customer service and hold team accountable
- Evaluate department performance leveraging data trends and KPIs
- Maintain knowledge of gaming laws, regulations, and internal controls
- Resolve customer concerns promptly
- Lead and develop a team fostering high performance and continuous learning
- Collaborate with Workforce Management and FP&A for staffing and forecasting
- Perform other assigned duties.
