Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 7 years management experience
  • minimum 7 years facilities management, engineering, or business/operations service management experience
  • availability to travel up to 75%
  • ability to manage multi-site and mega-site operations
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • experience with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems management
  • proficiency in coordinating contracted services and construction projects

Job Qualifications

  • expertise in both soft and hard facilities services
  • proven leadership in managing complex facilities operations

Job Duties

  • Lead facilities maintenance operations of building(s) and property at a single mega-site or multi-site unit
  • function as head of a small mega-site unit with multiple management levels or assist in leadership of a large mega or multi-site unit reporting to VP, Facilities Operations
  • lead or assist in integrating processes within client organizations to maintain and develop agreed services
  • contribute to strategic and operational objectives by reducing facility costs and improving productivity and organizational image
  • ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • manage construction work and coordinate contracted services for major construction projects
  • oversee core Sodexo services including grounds keeping, laundry, food, security, inventory, mail, and concierge services
