Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 7 years of management experience
  • minimum 7 years of functional experience in facilities management, engineering, or business operations service in both soft and hard facilities services
  • willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • ability to work full time
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • commitment to safety and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 7 years of management experience
  • minimum 7 years of functional experience in facilities management, engineering, or business operations service management in both soft and hard facilities services
  • proven leadership in managing complex facilities operations across mega-site or multi-site environments
  • strategic oversight experience with multi-tiered management structures
  • expertise in integrating facilities processes with client operations
  • demonstrated success in reducing facility costs and boosting productivity
  • hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • versatility in overseeing broad range of facilities services
  • collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct facilities maintenance operations of building(s) and property at single mega-site or multi-site unit
  • function as head of a small mega-site unit or assist in leadership of large mega or multi-site unit
  • lead or assist integration of processes within client organization to maintain and develop agreed services
  • contribute to delivery of strategic and operational objectives by reducing facility costs and improving productivity and organizational image
  • ensure safe and efficient working environment essential to business performance
  • manage construction work and coordinate contracted services for major construction
  • manage other core Sodexo services including grounds keeping, laundry, food, security, inventory, mail, concierge services
