Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
minimum 7 years of management experience
minimum 7 years of functional experience in facilities management, engineering, or business operations service in both soft and hard facilities services
willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
ability to work full time
strong leadership and communication skills
commitment to safety and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
minimum 7 years of management experience
minimum 7 years of functional experience in facilities management, engineering, or business operations service management in both soft and hard facilities services
proven leadership in managing complex facilities operations across mega-site or multi-site environments
strategic oversight experience with multi-tiered management structures
expertise in integrating facilities processes with client operations
demonstrated success in reducing facility costs and boosting productivity
hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects
versatility in overseeing broad range of facilities services
collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement

Job Duties

Lead and direct facilities maintenance operations of building(s) and property at single mega-site or multi-site unit
function as head of a small mega-site unit or assist in leadership of large mega or multi-site unit
lead or assist integration of processes within client organization to maintain and develop agreed services
contribute to delivery of strategic and operational objectives by reducing facility costs and improving productivity and organizational image
ensure safe and efficient working environment essential to business performance
manage construction work and coordinate contracted services for major construction
manage other core Sodexo services including grounds keeping, laundry, food, security, inventory, mail, concierge services
