Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Eight or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience managing teams of 30 or more
- Experience in assisted living preferred
- Experience in hospitality-focused senior living or healthcare preferred
- Knowledge of English language
- Skills in leadership and business operations
- Sensitivity to seniors’ health and quality of life issues
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to perform required tasks
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven ability managing large teams of 30 or more
- Experience in assisted living preferred
- Hospitality service experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency in administration, human resources, and business operations
- Knowledge of seniors’ health trends and memory care
- Competency with Microsoft Windows and Office suite
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for the role

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff and leaders
