Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, or related field
- Demonstrated financial management skills
- Effective team leadership and staff development abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate senior living regulatory requirements
- Availability to serve as manager on duty when necessary
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, or related operations
- Strong financial acumen
- Proven people leadership skills
- Confident communication skills including public speaking
- Knowledge of senior living regulations such as Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA preferred
- Experience with Yardi or Cubigo is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations, department leaders, staffing, and vendor partnerships
- Drive occupancy through smart sales strategies, outreach, and market insights
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and key reporting
- Champion resident experience, safety, compliance, and brand standards
- Serve as manager on duty as needed
