Job Requirements

  • Must have a caring heart willing to serve others
  • Three plus years of experience in a leadership capacity in healthcare industry or senior living industry
  • Meet the state's minimum education and experience requirements for Assisted Living Communities
  • Bachelor's degree in business health care hotel/restaurant management or related field
  • Background in financial management including budget preparation cash flow management and financial report analysis
  • Proficient in cloud based operating systems document management portal internet browsing email/Outlook and Microsoft applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Safe driving record and valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business health care hotel/restaurant management or a closely related area
  • Proven leadership experience of three plus years in healthcare or senior living industry
  • Proficient in cloud based operating systems document management portal internet browsing email/Outlook and Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in financial management including budget preparation cash flow management and financial report analysis
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

  • Overall planning direction coordination and evaluation of resident care sales dining activities housekeeping and facility maintenance departments
  • Hiring training supervising and evaluating performance of team members
  • Ensuring staffing levels meet state regulations and company budgets
  • Leading in accordance with company mission vision values standards policies and applicable laws regulations
  • Demonstrating good judgment strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Working effectively with team members residents ownership groups community groups and government agencies
  • Assisting the community in times of emergencies
  • Ensuring community operates financially within forecasted budgets
