Job Requirements
- Must have a caring heart willing to serve others
- Minimum three years leadership experience in healthcare or senior living
- Meet state's minimum education/experience requirements for Assisted Living
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Financial management experience
- Proficient with cloud-based systems and Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care, hotel or restaurant management, or a closely related field
- Three plus years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry with proven track record
- Background in financial management including budget preparation and cash flow analysis
- Proficient in cloud-based operating systems, document management portals, internet browsing, email/Outlook, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Safe driving record and valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Oversee planning, direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care and wellness
- Manage sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and facility maintenance departments
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members performance
- Ensure staffing levels comply with state regulations and align with company budgets
- Lead according to the company's mission, vision, values, standards, policies, and applicable laws
- Work effectively with team members, residents, ownership groups, community groups, and government agencies
- Assist community in times of emergencies
- Ensure community operates financially within forecasted budgets
