Job Requirements

  • Must have a caring heart willing to serve others
  • Minimum three years leadership experience in healthcare or senior living
  • Meet state's minimum education/experience requirements for Assisted Living
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Financial management experience
  • Proficient with cloud-based systems and Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care, hotel or restaurant management, or a closely related field
  • Three plus years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry with proven track record
  • Background in financial management including budget preparation and cash flow analysis
  • Proficient in cloud-based operating systems, document management portals, internet browsing, email/Outlook, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Safe driving record and valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Oversee planning, direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care and wellness
  • Manage sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and facility maintenance departments
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members performance
  • Ensure staffing levels comply with state regulations and align with company budgets
  • Lead according to the company's mission, vision, values, standards, policies, and applicable laws
  • Work effectively with team members, residents, ownership groups, community groups, and government agencies
  • Assist community in times of emergencies
  • Ensure community operates financially within forecasted budgets
