Job Requirements
- Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others
- Three plus years of experience in a leadership capacity in healthcare or senior living industry
- Must meet state minimum requirements for education and experience for Assisted Living Communities
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or related field
- Background in financial management including budget preparation and cash flow management
- Proficient in cloud-based systems, document management, internet, email, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or a closely related area
- Three plus years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Background in financial management including budget preparation and cash flow analysis
- Proficient in cloud-based operating systems and Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Caring and service-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate resident care and community operations
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members
- Ensure staffing meets state regulations and budget requirements
- Lead in accordance with company mission, values, policies, and regulations
- Work effectively with residents, team members, ownership, community groups, and government agencies
- Assist the community in emergencies
- Manage community finances to meet budget forecasts
