Job Requirements

  • Must have a caring heart willing to serve others
  • three or more years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry
  • meet state's minimum education and experience requirements for Assisted Living Communities
  • bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • background in financial management including budgeting and cash flow
  • proficiency in technology applications
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • safe driving record and valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or a closely related area
  • three or more years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry
  • proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in cloud-based operating systems, document management, internet browsing, email/Outlook, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and facility maintenance departments
  • hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members
  • ensure staffing levels meet state regulations and company budgets
  • lead according to company mission, vision, values, standards, policies, and applicable laws
  • demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • collaborate with team members, residents, ownership, community groups, and government agencies
  • assist the community during emergencies
  • oversee financial management and ensure forecasted budget compliance
