Job Requirements
- Must have a caring heart willing to serve others
- three or more years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry
- meet state's minimum education and experience requirements for Assisted Living Communities
- bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- background in financial management including budgeting and cash flow
- proficiency in technology applications
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- safe driving record and valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or a closely related area
- three or more years of leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry
- proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in cloud-based operating systems, document management, internet browsing, email/Outlook, and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Job Duties
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and facility maintenance departments
- hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members
- ensure staffing levels meet state regulations and company budgets
- lead according to company mission, vision, values, standards, policies, and applicable laws
- demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- collaborate with team members, residents, ownership, community groups, and government agencies
- assist the community during emergencies
- oversee financial management and ensure forecasted budget compliance
