Job Requirements
- Caring heart willing to serve others
- More than three years leadership experience in healthcare or senior living
- Meet state's minimum education and experience for Assisted Living Communities
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Background in financial management
- Proficient in cloud-based systems and Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, hotel or restaurant management, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare or senior living industry
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting and financial report analysis
- Proficiency in cloud-based operating systems, document management portals, Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and facility maintenance departments
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate new team members
- Ensure staffing levels comply with state regulations and company budgets
- Lead in accordance with company mission, vision, values, policies, and laws
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Work effectively with team members, residents, ownership groups, community groups, and government agencies
- Assist community in emergencies
- Ensure financial operations meet company forecasts
