  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years' experience in related management role
  • Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance
  • Ability to participate in the DMV Pull Program

Job Duties

  • Oversees a YMCA branch and service area
  • Maintains a diverse branch board that actively support the Y's goals and strategic plans
  • Recruits, selects, and develops diverse volunteers for the branch board
  • Builds bridges within the communities so that all segments of society have access to the Y
  • Effectively communicates community benefit and the Y's impact for all stakeholders
  • Manages the budgeting process so that resources are devoted to top priorities and strategic objectives
  • Develops and directs high quality member engagement strategies and programs
  • Directs the financial development activities including direct asks, grant writing and special events
  • Oversees risk management strategies and ensures regulatory compliance
  • Directs branch strategic planning efforts and develops the annual operating plan
  • Oversees the hiring, training, development, and supervision of staff
  • Fosters a climate of innovation to develop member-focused programs
  • Addresses specific problem areas and organizes task forces
  • Serves on community and association committees, task forces, and boards
