Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related discipline
  • 5+ years professional restaurant experience with degree or 8+ years with certification
  • ACF (CEC) or RCA equivalent certification preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead proactive culinary product and ideation sales presentations for internal and external customers
  • demonstrate leadership and create culinary solutions to solve business and market issues
  • support customers with product questions related to potato products and QA
  • translate customer requests into possible product solutions and engage with innovation teams
  • partner with product development on new product and menu ideas
  • monitor culinary trends and translate them into viable product and menu concepts
  • procure and manage kitchen inventory to prepare for culinary presentations
  • understand cost and operational parameters to deliver feasible solutions
  • supervise global recipe creation and maintain menu idea database
  • plan and create content for social media and website
  • manage participation of extended chef's council
