Job Duties
- Lead by example and embody Bozzuto’s core values and culture
- Coach, mentor, and train the resident services team
- Provide timely assistance and solve problems for residents and prospects
- Plan and execute meaningful community events and activities
- Build brand loyalty and achieve resident retention goals
- Manage social media to generate awareness and encourage resident reviews
- Organize front desk logs, package rooms, and club room reservations
