Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in executive chef or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Proven success in high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
  • Proven ability to develop team

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality management
  • Train and develop staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing culinary skills
  • Manage inventory control and cash handling procedures, optimizing resources for efficiency
  • Supervise food preparation and kitchen management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with Culinary Development team to ensure menu execution excellence
  • Lead and motivate culinary team to achieve performance and quality goals
  • Contribute to sales growth by enhancing guest experience through food quality and service consistency
