Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in executive chef or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality management
- Train and develop staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing culinary skills
- Manage inventory control and cash handling procedures, optimizing resources for efficiency
- Supervise food preparation and kitchen management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with Culinary Development team to ensure menu execution excellence
- Lead and motivate culinary team to achieve performance and quality goals
- Contribute to sales growth by enhancing guest experience through food quality and service consistency
