Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive chef or related leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Proven success in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence wine knowledge and service
  • Proven ability to develop team members
  • Knowledge of systems methods and processes that contribute to great execution
  • Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality management
  • Train and develop staff fostering a positive team environment and enhancing culinary skills
  • Manage inventory control and cash handling procedures optimizing resources for efficiency
  • Supervise food preparation and kitchen management ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with Culinary Development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation procedures maintaining highest standards
  • Contribute to building top line sales and guest count through excellent team member and guest experience
