  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for quality food and delivering memorable dining experiences
  • Experience in staff mentorship and development
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the culinary team to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Develop and innovate menu items while maintaining consistency and brand standards
  • Manage kitchen operations including inventory control, food safety, and sanitation
  • Mentor and develop kitchen staff to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with management to plan and implement culinary strategies
  • Oversee training programs for new and existing kitchen personnel
  • Monitor kitchen performance and adjust processes to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
