- Experience in staff mentorship and development
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Lead the culinary team to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop and innovate menu items while maintaining consistency and brand standards
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory control, food safety, and sanitation
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with management to plan and implement culinary strategies
- Oversee training programs for new and existing kitchen personnel
- Monitor kitchen performance and adjust processes to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
