Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to five years of culinary management experience
- experience with high volume food production
- experience managing cost controls and budgets
- excellent leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Manages cost controls and expenditures for the account
- plans and creates all menus
- purchases and manages inventory
- rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team
- oversees culinary staff and daily kitchen operations
- ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- coordinates catering events as needed
