Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of culinary experience
- At least 2 years in a management role preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills including oral, reading, and written
- Advanced knowledge of food preparation and management
- Ability to lead and coach culinary teams

Job Duties
- Ensure culinary production aligns with the Executional Framework
- Maintain culinary standards and techniques for food preparation, production, presentation, and service
- Manage and lead culinary team including chef managers and hourly staff
- Train and coach culinary and kitchen employees to implement best practices
- Recognize and reward employee performance
- Plan and conduct team meetings and daily huddles
- Manage staff records including training and performance data
- Develop and sustain client and guest relationships
- Engage directly with guests
- Communicate regional culinary and ingredient trends
- Deliver on food and labor targets
- Focus on margin improvement by analyzing performance metrics
- Ensure efficient execution of daily menus
- Maintain food quality and safety per Aramark standards
- Manage waste and standard menus according to Operational Excellence fundamentals
- Understand and oversee supply chain and procurement processes
- Implement Food Framework accurately
- Maintain proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Comply with Aramark SAFE food, Quality Assurance, and safety policies
- Abide by all applicable policies related to safety, health, and labor regulations
