Job Duties

- Manage and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee food quality control and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with event coordinators and management to deliver exceptional catering experiences
- Control food costs, inventory, and procurement processes
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients
