Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume kitchen management
Strong passion for culinary skills
Strong passion for coaching and developing team members
High level of honesty, integrity, and guest-oriented philosophy
Ability to manage food, beverage, and labor costs
Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention protocols
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume kitchen management
Strong passion for culinary skills
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
High level of honesty and integrity
Guest-oriented philosophy
Experience with sushi is a plus

Job Duties

Set food quality expectations
