Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years culinary experience including 1-3 years in management
  • Culinary associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to uphold safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to analyze financial and performance data for margin improvement

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years' experience in culinary roles with 1-3 years in management
  • Culinary associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong value system and unquestioned integrity
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage culinary team to ensure quality in final presentation of food
  • Train and manage culinary and kitchen employees to use best practice food production techniques
  • Reward and recognize employees
  • Plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
  • Complete and maintain all staff records including training records shift opening/closing checklists and performance data
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Deliver on food and labor targets while understanding performance metrics data order and inventory trends
  • Ensure efficient execution and delivery of all food products per the daily menu
  • Maintain compliance with food occupational and environmental safety policies
